Many leaders of faith-based institutions recognize the need to supplement their seminary or religious training with the skills needed for effective 21st-century organizational leadership. Designed specifically for such leaders, this residential executive education program offers the opportunity to learn cutting-edge theory and how to apply it in practice, including leadership, strategy, volunteer management, team building, leading change and decision making.
Combining the strengths of Kellogg’s world-renowned faculty experts with the experience of leading faith-based practitioners, this four-day program provides a unique, hands-on educational experience. Here, leaders of faith-based institutions can connect with each other, form relationships that span denominational, geographic, and ethnic boundaries, and work collaboratively toward solutions to their common challenges.
